  1. Early Morning: When u wake up in the morning first get fresh, wash your face with natural remedy like Chickpea flour (Gram flour, Besan) or can use natural face wash if you have good product with you.
  2. After face wash apply a face pack, easy face pack the ingredients are Chickpea flour (Gram Flour, Besan) – 1 Tablespoon, Sandalwood Powder (Chandan) – 1 Tablespoon, Turmeric (haldi) – 1 pinch, mix all the powder in a clean bowl with milk, it will become a semi solid paste.
  3. After applying face pack keep pack for 15 minutes -20 minutes, then wash the pack, after that if your skin feels dry then massage gently, by using milk cream or milk, can use aloo Vera also to massage you skin.
  4. To keep your skin healthy and happy use this pack for at least 3 days then take rest for 2 days or 3days then again apply same face pack for 3 days for good result, or can use this pack for daily purpose because it contains normal remedies which will not harm your skin.
  5. For night care skin routine, apply coconut oil few drops on face or all over the skin for dry skin and massage slowly to moisturize the skin. Some more remedies for dry skin are aloo Vera, milk cream, etc.

  1. Gentle, wash your face with face wash with normal water. Dry your face with the help of towel, clean the face very softly.
  2. Make a face pack for oily skin, for face pack preparation you need the ingredients are Chickpea flour (Gram Flour, Besan) – 1 Tablespoon, Clay Powder (Multani mitti) – 1 Tablespoon, Turmeric (haldi) – 1 pinch, mix all the powder in a clean bowl with rose water, mix till it become a smooth paste and then pack is ready to apply.
  3. Apply the paste all over the face or can use this pack for other skin like hands and legs etc. keep this face pack at least for 15-20minutes. Wash the face with normal water.
  4. Another face pack you can try this, just apply Clay powder (Multani mitti) with rose water make a semi solid paste, which will help you to keep your skin clean and cold and dust free.
  5. Night Skin care routine, wash face with face wash to keep your skin clean and dry. Apply aloo Vera massage smoothly and slowly to keep your skin healthy, and fresh.
  6. In night you can apply rose water also to keep your skin feel good and cool. Take cotton ball apply rose water over it and apply to skin keep it over night for good result.

The important tips to keep your skin healthy and happy are:

  • Keep hydrated your body to keep skin healthy. Drink more water to improve your skin and your body.
  • Use aloo Vera for glowing skin naturally. Aloo Vera is strong way to keep your skin healthy and glowing. Some skin can be allergic, so first take a test, take small amount and apply to your forearm if you feel comfortable then can apply on your face.  Aloo Vera also help new tissue to grow over a damage skin.
  • Moisturize your face properly according to you face, by applying moisturizer will heal your skin, protect your skin. Moisturizer has antioxidant properties.
  • Coconut oil can be used to smooth your skin, if you feel more dryness then take a few drops of oil and apply on skin massage it will help to cure your skin from dryness. For dry skin coconut is good remedy to heal skin from dryness or any other reason like skin burn due to UV rays. Apply coconut oil at night for dry skin massage it and keep it over night.
  • Sunscreen- Apply sunscreen daily to protect your skin from direct light of UV rays. Sunscreen should be applied 15 minutes before going outside. Best product should be used to protect your skin.
  • Skin washing routine- when you feel sweat, tired or after work out, morning, before bed time should wash your face or have bath to keep skin clean and fresh. Do not over wash your skin which will damage the tissue. gently wash your face with normal water.

Some More Tips are:

  • Focus on your diet to keep skin healthy and protective. Add fruits to your diet, fruit juice is also a good source of skin improvement. Green leafy vegetables which will protect skin. Fruits like blue berries, apple, orange, papaya, watermelon, etc. Drink water at least 3-4 liters a day.
  • Take good sleep which will help your skin to relax and good sleep will heal your skin healthy and happy. Should take 8 hours sleep to cure your body as well as your skin.
  • Avoid smoking and Alcohol intake to prevent damage/harm to your skin.
  • Turmeric – Best remedy to heal skin if it get burn due to UV rays or any other skin issue. Use pinch or turmeric  and Aloo Vera gel mix it well make a paste and apply where you need to cure skin. Turmeric can also be used as an antibiotic.
  • Gram flour or Chickpea is also a good pack for skin. Take 1 tablespoon of Gran flour/chickpea flour, then add a pinch of turmeric and mix with rose water or milk, make a paste and apply all over skin. Keep the pack for 15-20 minutes then wash with normal water and then clean with soft towel and if you feel dry skin apply moisturizer or milk and massage the skin smoothly to cure the dryness.
  • Natural scrub – Take 1 tablespoon sugar, 1 table spoon coffee, add little bit of water, mix well and apply on the face rub gently and smoothly for 10 minutes, massage in a proper way to get result.
  • Papaya- Best natural remedy to remove dead skin  and help to get new skin. Papaya with honey mix well and apply on skin gently massage and clean with normal water.

Tips For Oily skin:

  • Cucumber- Cucumber, itself has a cooling nature. Smash or grind cucumber apply on skin will relief your skin. Cucumber and yogurt makes a good paste which can be applied for soothing effect or cooling the heat of body or skin. Cucumber helps to deeply clean the pores of skin.
  • Honey- Apply honey on skin and massage it with the help of finger tips and wash with lukewarm water or normal water. Honey and rose water best combination for dry and dull skin.
  • Rose water- To clean skin just take few drops of rose water on a cotton ball apply over skin. Rose water helps to deep clean the skin.
