THE ‘BIG FIVE’ OF JOB SUCCESS

Our personality drives our behavior and is consistent in how we react or react to people and situations at work. In addition to the five-point model, there are other personality rating scales such as DISC and Myers-Briggs. However, they are design for the same purpose: to eliminate bad choices and to help psychologically determine the right choice.
