Made from the material HSS, HSS-CO, PM-HSS in all types of PVD Coatings. All types of Size and Module ranges can be supplied by STC based on Customer Drawings. Accuracy Class of Pre-Shaving Hob is A/AA/AAA as per DIN 3968. We can also supplied with all types of PVD Coatings. Standards: DIN 3968, ANSI B94.7, JIS B4354, GB/T6084. Forms: Topping, Semi-Topping, Finishing.
- Pre-Grinding Hobs:
We are a Pre-Grinding Hob Manufacturer in India. Made with maximum accuracy and proper finishing. Specific care must be taken while grinding because Grinding may make cracks on the cutting base. Grinding has certain important parameters that need to be followed. Counseled to always select grinding disks correctly. The Material that we used in Pre-Grinding Hob is HSS M2, M35, M42, PM-HSS. The Module range of this hob is m1 to m6 and overall length: 40 to 100mm. Structures: Bore Type and Shank Type.

Pre Skiving Gear Hob:

- Shank Type Hobs:
Designed with extra-long cutting length. Designed for multiple purposes for most machines in today’s hobbing machine market including shank styles. It is available in a Diameter Range from 80mm to 150mm in Material HSS M2/M35. Shank Type Hobs are required only where higher quality is required. They come in different categories: Short Cylindrical, Tapered Shank, and Hollow Taper Shank. The Diameter of this hob is 80mm to 150mm. Standard: DIN, AGMA, BS, GOST.
- Involute Spline Hob:
Super Tools is a Involute Spline Hob Manufacturer. These hobs are provided with shoulder clearance in single and multi-thread designs. We can also supply in single or multi-starts. Different forms of this hob are available like Non-Topping, Semi-Topping, Topping, Finishing, etc. Also, manufacturer hobs as per customer drawings. Parallel Spline Hob:
These are mainly used for cutting Parallel Splines. Hob cutters are manufactured with or without lugs, semi-topping, and clearance types. Parallel Sided Hobs and Involute Spline Hobs are provided for performing parallel or straight or helical splines with profile change. The material that we used in Parallel Spline Hob is ASP2052, S390, S290, ASP 2030, and M35. Features: Lugs & Shoulder Clearance types.
- Chain Sprocket Hob:
Chain Sprocket Hob is accessible in varieties of designs in single or multi-start. Mainly designed to produce accurate finishes on several tooth forms. Timing Pulley Gear Hob:
